Amanda has been with the EVC for three years. Her family consist of her 5 year old son Malakai, her Rottweiler Chloe and her long haired Calico Mya. She loves being able to provide comfort and care to pets. Her ambition is to become a Certified Dog Trainer.
Aprille Palmer VA
Aprille has been with the EVC for 10 months. She has worked in the veterinary field for three years. She started volunteer work at the Southwest Humane Society that jump started her desire toward becoming a Veterinarian. She is currently enrolled at Drury in the Pre-Vet Program. She plans on attending the University of Tennessee at Knoxville for graduate school. She has two teenage boys that our the joy of her life. She also has 10 dogs and 11 cats. All were rescues. Her altimate goal is to own a rescue & sanctuary for domestic and wild animals.

Candice has been with the EVC for 8 months. She has worked in the veterinary field for 15 years. She has been a Registered Veterinary Technician for 7 years. She has 4 cats and 1 dog.
Cheyenne Chevalier VA/ASL
Cheyenne has been with the EVC for 1 year. Her plans are to attend college to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. She currently has a Persian Kitten named Kona and a Siberian Husky named Buck. The most joyful part of her life is her son Ranson.

Jessie Shepardson SVA
Jessie has been with the EVC for 3 years. She has always had a huge heart for animals and it shows with her 4 cats, 3 dogs, 2 horses a bird and a fish. She really enjoys her job and loves being here and helping with the community and their pets.
Kelsey Bredenberg SVA/ASL
Kelsey has been with the EVC for 3 years. She currently has 4 rescue dogs and 2 adopted cats. Seven years ago, Kelsey had a Jack Russell named Alex that passed away due to ingesting a toxin. She had no veterinary experience and felt helpless during this time. This incident alone made her want to help those who are in similar situations. One day she hopes to own her own doggie boarding facility.
Natalie Day SVA/SL
Natalie has worked for the EVC for over 4 years. Natalie's family includes her fiance Iam and stepson Liam. She has two cats and one dog. Their names are Sirus, Marshmello and Odin. Natalie has plans to become a Registered Veterinary Tech very soon and will specialize in emergency medicine.
Rebecca Sharp SVA
Rebecca, which we call Becky started working at the EVC over 2 years ago. She currently attends Missouri State University and she is majoring in music education. She has a cute little mixed breed named Miles. Miles was also a rescue and very fortunate to have a Momma such as Becky.
Stephanie MacDonald VA
Stephanie joined the EVC in April 2011. She has almost 6 years experience. She started her journey six years ago by working at a local pet store here in Springfield. She has a twin sister named Shana and numerous pets. Her passions include reptiles and amphibians and she is currently attending Missouri State University in which she is enrolled in the Pre-Vet Program.
